Before your session Exfoliate thoroughly 1-2 times, up to the day of the session Hair removal should be done 24 hours before Shower just prior to your session if possible Wear no makeup, moisturiser or deodorant.

After your session Do not apply makeup, moisturiser or deodorant for 8-10 hours after tanning Showering the next day is the best option using an SLS free body-wash and gently patting the skin dry. Follow this methiod for the life of your tan. We recommend you do not get wet, excercise or perspire excessively 8-10 hours after tanning. Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise... at least twice a day for maximum colour retention.
